Some of the latest gFT research, funded by EPSRC and gFT industrial partners, was presented at Ecobuild 2017. An interactive prop showing the cold bent glass research by Kyriaki Corinna Datsiou
was showcasted together with samples of the FRP facade panels under investigation by Isabelle Paparo and the GRC connections by Marco Donà.
Furthermore, Dr. Overend gave a presentation on the 8th of March explaining the group research at Ecobuild 2017.
Ecobuild attendees showed significant interest in the samples and members of the gFT research group had the opportunity to explain the research to a broad range of people.
