03.06.2014 Sandra Jordão, Assistant Professor in Civil Engineering Department at the University of Coimbra, Portugal, joined the gFT , April 2014, for a Short Term Scientific Mission sponsored by COST Action TU0905 – Structural glass |Novel Design Methods and Next Generation Products. The topic of the mission was the behavior structural glass pre-tensioned systems. Her area of research corresponds to the behavior of structural glass elements, reinforced or non-reinforced, under the effects of monotonic, cyclic and temperature loads, using experimental, analytical and FEM approaches.
