Rebecca Hartwell (PhD Candidate) was recently invited to take part in a podcast with Mic Patterson at the Façade Tectonics Institute to discuss the environmental branch of her PhD research that seeks to address the end-of-life challenges in façade design. Rebecca and Mauro’s paper “A disassembly framework for assessing the environmental reclamation potential of façade systems” was selected by the Façade Tectonics peer review committee as one of the 4 top papers out of 118 received for the upcoming Façade Tectonics 2020 World Congress. (Rebecca’s PhD is funded by the EPSRC as part of the Future Infrastructure and Built Environment CDT.)
